With frequent attention for festivals and home recordings. This time in Café Sonore a recording from the archives. Titled ‘Chants de Printemps’, on 21 March 2006 there was a broadcast of Café Sonore on Dutch television that was a sort of tribute to the beautiful birdsong that breaks out annually in spring.

As part of ‘Free Radicals’ today ‘Under the Lemontree #16’. In this Lemontree the ladies take the leading role, especially as a singer, but also as a pianist. ‘The mood is blue’ in this Lemontree. Jazz is never far away, but the ghost of Erik Satie hovers about melancholically as well. Moers 2016 preview: In this edition of Pakrammel the focus will be on the 45th edition of the Moers Festival that will take place during pentecost weekend 2016. The festival just across the border near Venlo, has been one of the leading European Jazz festivals for years. In this broadcast we will look ahead, with special attention to Kaja Draksler, Maja Osojnik, Dawn of Midi and Moon Hooch.
