The All Ellington group. This ensemble of 10 musicians chose a selection of the great number of bandleader Duke Ellington’s compositions. Cornettist Eric Boeren brought the ensemble together, consisting of prominent musicians from the Amsterdam impro-scene. Recordings from the Bimhuis, 3 January 2014.
