American by birth but living in England is singer Madeline Bell (1942). She originally performed as a gospel singer in musicals, but after that she started giving concerts of her own. Her repertoire is comprehensive: musical, jazz, soul and pop. She is accompanied by the trio of keyboard player Dolf de Vries. Recordings from July 2012 in Groningen.
