The David Kweksilber Big Band performed early October during the festive Kick Off weekend on the occasion of 40 years Bimhuis. This orchestra of 26 people exists of a selection of musicians from the Dutch jazz and improvised music scene.
Compositions by Jasper Blom, Joost Buis, Maarten Altena and a first performance of Bonanza by Guus Janssen.
