The American piano player Don Pullen (1941-1995), part 2. As of 1973 he joined the quintet of bass player Charlie Mingus which made him well-known to the public. Subsequently he started performing under his own name. A 1975 piece of his first solo CD followed by an album of 1984 that he attributed to Thelonious Monk.
