About Julien Clerc, who will give four concerts in the Netherlands between 21 and 26 September.
The 67-year old singer-composer became well-known in the 70s with hits like ‘Ce n’est rien’ and ‘Ma préférence’, but continued to record high-quality albums, the latest was released last year. Initially, the lyrics of his songs were mainly written by Etienne Roda-Gil (1941-2004), later by Jean-Loup Dabadie, Carla Bruni, Maxime Le Forestier, Alex Beaupain and others. The catchy compositions are without exception his own.
Julien Clerc will perform on 21/9 in the Nieuwe Luxor Theater (Rotterdam), on 22/9 in Koninklijk Theater Carré, on 23/9 in TivoliVredenburg (Utrecht) and on 26/9 in the Theater aan de Parade (Den Bosch).
