American pianist Les McCann (1935), part 2. He started his career as a singer, but developped into a very succesful pianist from 1958 onwards, mixing late swing-style influences with blues and soul music. Trio-recordings with bassist Herbie Lewis and drummer Ron Jefferson made during concerts in 1960 and 1961.
