The Dutch violinist Lucy van Dael is one of the world’s leading pioneers of the baroque violin. She has worked with Gustav Leonhardt, Frans Brüggen, Ton Koopman, Sigiswald, Wieland and Barthold Kuijken. She founded the Orchestra of the 18th Century with Frans Brüggen.
