The American pianist Craig Taborn (1970), part 1. He started in rock bands on high school, but converted to jazz on university. His style is based on the tradition but contains particularly elements from the freer notions as those developed in the 1960s. Today, his first production with a trio under his own name from 1994, he was only 24.
