The first part of a two-piece special on This Heat.
This Heat was founded by Charles Hayward, Gareth Williams and Charles Bullen in 1975. The band is considered as the missing link between the progressive rock from the 70s and the music styles from the 80s, such as for instance No Wave. During the seven years This Heat existed, from 1975 to 1982, they released three albums: This Heat, Health and Efficiency and Deceit.
