Sensenta

The French electronic music composer Éliane Radigue became known in the 1970s. During her lifetime she was increasingly influenced by Tibetan Buddhism and this was reflected by her work. This episode’s composition Mila’s journey inspired by a dream, balances spoken words and traditional Tibetan songs on a slowly changing drone. Text and songs are attributed to Milarepa, a famous Tibetan yogi from the 11th century.
