People say opposites attract. The fact is that the American mandolin virtuoso Chris Thile (see photo) regularly crosses musical paths with double bassist Edgar Meyer. In Danmark, Tobias Elof and Micolaj Wamberg (see picture below) have a similar combination where one plays the double bass and the other one ukelele.
