Govert Jan Bach’s weekday programme about the oeuvre of Johann Sebastian Bach.
Episode 972: This Bach week is geared towards the 2021 Early Music Festival. The opening concert of the festival will be given by Ensemble Correspondances, conducted by Sébastien Daucé. This ensemble will perform Dieterich Buxtehude’s ‘Membra Jesu nostri’.
This takes place on Friday 27 August in the Grote Zaal of TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht.
Ensemble Correspondances is artist in residence and will perform four times during the festival: on 27, 28 and 31 August and 1 September.
