An hour of top quality chamber music, composed by Franz Schubert and performed by world-class musicians. You will hear the Artemis Quartet performing the beautiful String Quartet no.13, nicknamed Rosamunde because Schubert quotes a melody from his ballet with the same name in the second half of the piece. Unfortunately the Artemis Quartet recently disbanded, following a high turnover of musicians and issues related to Covid-19. But first we will hear Alina Ibragimova and Cédric Tiberghien, a well-known international duo, perform Schubert’s violin sonata in A major.
