Today Nara Noïan takes us on a journey to Armenia.

This Brussels pianist and songwriter is of Armenian origin. Just like on her previous two CDs, she alternates between instrumental and sung songs on this album.
She wrote most of the compositions herself. The song Gnossienne is music by Erik Satie. A few times you can hear harmony vocals with singer Ghalia Benali.
The songs are sung in Armenian and once in Russian. With her clear voice and pure piano playing, Nara Noïan will appeal to many listeners. The duduk, the double reed instrument from her native country, is played by the master of this instrument: Vardan Hovanissian.
