Bach Ad Infinitum

Episode 1255. This week we continue our exploration of Bach’s cantatas in chronological order. Today is a special episode. After cantata “Ach Gott, vom Himmel sieh darein” BWV 2 (composed before 18 June 1724), we will play a live recording of a rendition of BWV 225 “Singet dem Herrn ein neues Lied” by harpsichordist Thomas Leininger.
