Between Baroque and Classical: a stroll past the hinges of an era

This evening’s stroll will take us past several composers who worked during the transitional period between the Baroque and Classical eras. They may not be as well-known as their great predecessors and successors, but their music embodies a kind of serenity that serves as the perfect soundtrack for the time of year: perhaps worth rediscovering?
