Episode 1341. In our chronological journey through the cantatas, we continue with the cantatas that J.S. Bach wrote during the autumn of 1726. Today, we start with the cantata “Ich will den Kreuzstab gerne tragen” BWV 56, written for the 19th Sunday after Trinity Sunday. This week we also look at new Bach releases.
