Episode 1287. We continue our exploration of the cantatas in chronological order. We’ve now reached the cantatas Bach composed in December of 1724 and January of 1725. We’ll kick off with chorale cantata “Ich freue mich in dir” BWV 133, for the Third Day of Christmas on 27 December 1724.
