Episode 871. This new ‘Bach week’ starts with the first episode of Bach & Co. That is a kind of sound annex in podcast style, a ‘magazine’ to go with the new ‘Bach week’, in which we examine some music pieces and performances (which are played this week) in greater depth.
In this episode of Bach & Co, Govert Jan Bach considers grand works of Bach recorded by the J.S. Bach foundation.
Also the German conductor Otto Klemperer gets a chance, and Govert Jan looks back on the first episode of Bach Ad Infinitum with the host at that time, Joop van Zijl.
