Theo Olof passed away on 9 October 2012 at age 88. He was a prominent figure in Dutch music life. Under the label DOCUMENT, a CD/DVD box was recently released, containing remastered radio recordings of the violinist, compiled by Okke Dijkhuizen. The release consists of five CDs, two DVDs and a reprint of the book “Daar sta je dan opnieuw” (There you stand once again).
