Spectral music, a movements started in Paris in the 70’s.
We visit the IRCAM institute at the Centre Pompidou. The Institute was founded by Pierre Boulez, who passed away last year. At the centre, the acoustic aspects of sounds were researched. There was also experimented with electronic music.
