The American piano player and vibraphone player Eddie Costa (1930-1962). He never became very famous but he was much in demand. In his musical career of 8 years he played on about 100 albums of which 5 were in his own name. His wayward style can be placed within the white West-Coast tradition. Recordings with his piano trios from the years 1956 and 1959.
