Series about and with Catalan gambist and conductor Jordi Savall. Episode 77. Apart from being a performing musician, Jordi Savall also creates music. For his album ‘Lachrimae Caravaggio’ he was inspired by six great works of the painter, who lived between 1571 and 1610 and who died in tragic circumstances. No happy tunes this time, but solemn notes, partly composed , partly improvised lamentations and other works.
