Karis: about dying, death and surviving. A meditation on contemporary music.

Is it coincidence that this episode of Karios on the 4th of May has so many references to dying death and the dead? Yes, in a way it is, because it happened by accident. But what is coincidence? Coincidences are nothing more than trying to explain what is happening. Death is part of live and therefore always present. The question is, whether and how you want to see it. Death is what ends life and what makes it precious. But is death the definitive and therefore regrettable end, or is it a moment that gives meaning in a cycle, or maybe the moment of deliverance of the unbearable? And death is definitely the moment of regret. Regretting, mainly, what people were afraid to do or be. But let this be an invitation! And yes, let’s remember our dead. They went before us, but maybe they are following us. Then it’s up to us to give direction.
