Prone to Resonance Found Sounds Broadcast, second season.
A new season of the Prone to Resonance Field Recording Broadcast, a project that preserves and reimagines sounds found in everyday life. In this second season the usual field recordings are appended with sounds found in and around the studio.
In the first of six episodes this season we hear the sound of January and February 2024. The are cityscapes from the Dutch Randstad, Tibetan singing bowls, distant saxophones, anti-war protests and the red line is an interplay between the sound of a violin and an air raid alarm.
