African Harmonies – ‘Siyabonga’ is the third CD by the a capella trio Insingizi from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
The group already drew attention with their worldwide released debut CD ‘Voices of Southern Africa’ from 2006 and against a background of faith, hope and trust has only become better since then.

Portugoesas consists of two singers, a soprano and a mezzo, they decided to bring the music of Goa back to life. Goa was a Portuguese colony in India (1509-1961) it has a rich repertoire of traditional, classical, and religious music that has never been released. It is this mixture of western and eastern cultures, with Portuguese and Indian themes. Goa’s songs were mainly passed on via oral traditions.

The French musician Henri Tournier is specialized in Indian classical and contemporary music. With this CD he presents his newest project entitled ‘Souffles du Monde’. With his bansuri flute, he invites us to take part in a trip around the world and through time, with mixtures of on the one hand the sounds of India, the Middle East, Asia and the West, and on the other hand medieval traditions and modern improvisations.
