Music from Greece Part 1
In this first episode of three in total, where you can listen to Greek folk music, we will share recordings of the Greek that lived in parts of Eastern Thrace in Bulgaria in the 19th century. The listening materials come from a record with the title ‘Tragoudia Tis Annatoliki Rumelia’, in other words folk music from Eastern Romania, the former name of the Turkish territory that extended from Southern Albania over to the Bosporus.
