When you mention “Celtic music”, the response is usually “oh, Irish and Scottish”. Some people add Wales and Bretagne. Even less would name Asturia and Galicia. Almost nobody comes up with an island that, historically seen, is clearly part of the Celtic regions: The isle of Man, Manx or, in their own language, Ellan Vannin.
