Misha Mengelberg wordt op zaterdag 5 juni tachtig jaar. Daarom presenteert het Holland Festival op 6 juni in het Bimhuis het symposium Misha’s middag, en op 9 en 10 juni in de Amsterdamse Stadsschouwburg de door Mengelberg bedachte, en door Cherry Duyns en Guus Janssen voltooide opera Koeien. In deze uitzending van Aktueel nemen wij daarop alvast een voorschot met een keuze uit het rijke repertoire dat Mengelberg bijeen componeerde en improviseerde.
