AMERICAN HIGHWAYS #45: FORGETTING.
Following in the footsteps of the Dadaists, of Fellini and Umberto Eco, of Man Ray and Duchamp, of the tape experiments of Steve Reich, Ligeti, and Stockhausen, our subject is new art about ‘forgetting’. Special guest composer Ingrid Lee introduces an avant-garde playlist of memorable sounds, which may or may not all be specifically music. This show will enlarge your brain, and challenge your ears!
